I had a slight issue with delivery install , but I have to say if I didn’t speak to Ray who was very knowledgeable about my bed frame and knew my concerns and Mr. Francis who is Top Gun on customer service and retention , these 2 guys made it all happen and I mean went above and beyond . The only words I have to say is Thank You so much for understanding my bed frame issues. I truly know I will be a Saatva Customer for a very long time.

Saatva stands behind their products and has AMAZING customer service! I did substantial research before purchasing a new mattress because I have tried several well known brands and failed to find the comfort and support I needed. After spending considerable money in search of the perfect mattress, I choose Saatva based on their high quality product, satisfaction guarantee and customer reviews. I originally selected the Classic Soft Plush but after almost a year, I realized I needed more support and should have chosen the Luxury Firm. When I contacted customer service, without hesitation they offered to replace my mattress with a Luxury Firm. Within 2 weeks my replacement mattress was delivered. My experience with Saatva has been the incredible! Not only is their customer service team the most professional people I have ever dealt with, they are in a league of their own compared to all others. I also purchased the Mattress cover and it is awesome. It is very refreshing to find a company like Saatva that truly cares about customer satisfaction and ensuring their products meet your needs. I love my new mattress and feel that I have finally found the perfect fit. I could not be happier with my experience and Saatva products. I don't typically write reviews but I feel compelled to let people know how outstanding this company is. I only wish I would have found them sooner.

Customer services is not what it used to be, so I was pleasantly shocked at the absolute great customer service I received when contacting Saatva regarding our mattress. Their rep, Frank, was enthusiastic, kind, and so very helpful it was almost unbelievable. I actually shared with him that "his was the best customer service I had EVER received". Too often people complain about what went wrong, but I wanted to share what went right! Thank you Saatva for such a great encounter and outcome with your company.

I'd been saving for a new mattress for quite a while, a large expense for someone in my circumstances. After intense research, with extremely pleasant, helpful and informative representatives (multiple contacts!), most particularly, Tom, I decided on the Saatva Classic luxury firm mattress. These are individually manufactured for each client. Even delivery was flawless, polite and they removed my old mattress, at no charge.
I am handicapped and require quite a bit of back support. After the suggested trial period, I found the luxury firm was not firm enough. I was able to exchange it for the firm mattress, at no charge, and was promised that there would be no problem returning it if this mattress still did not suit. It did and a mattress topper was even provided, at no charge, just to make the experience more luxurious without sacrificing critical support.
I cannot say enough great things about Saatva, which provides an outstanding, made in the USA product, and the best customer service in my experience. Their commitment to their customers, from informative, pressure-free initial contact to the quality of the sleep experience to their unbelievably generous warranty policies, make the decision to purchase a Saatva mattress a no-brainer.

My husband and I have the Luxury Firm Classic and have been sleeping on it for about a month and OMG this mattress is amazing! We had aches and pains with our other mattress and now they are gone! Can't say enough good things about Saatva,amazing customer service, timely delivery and white glove set up & removal of our old mattress. Super happy 😊
